Will I look silly in a tuxedo? (I’m asking for a friend...)
You, I mean,… your friend will look FRESH if you let one of awesome team members pair you up with the perfect fit, color and style. Vittorio’s has dozens of styles and hundreds of accessory colors you (or your friend..) will look no less than dapper in. Stop in – we’ll be glad to help.
How soon should I reserve my suit or tuxedo?
The earlier – the better. The sooner you come in and choose the perfect look and style for you, the sooner you can lock in your number one choice before your pals have a chance to outdo you.

Also, we offer amazing discounts for you early birds out there. Our prices will never go up as your prom gets closer – but we do offer better discounts for bookings earlier in the season.
In general, we think it’s best to reserve your suit or tux at least one to two months prior to your prom or ball, to get yourself the best price and selection, as well as avoid the “last minute rush” crowds.
How much does it cost to rent?
Mighty fine question. Vittorio’s has a wide range of price options lined up especially for you. We have complete tux and suit packages to fit almost any budget. Your price really depends on the actual styles you pick but our general range runs from $150 – $300. Thinking about buying a suit instead? Our discount offers apply to suits too and it’s more affordable than you think.
Unlike other tux companies, we offer the majority of our tuxes as a complete package without extra charges or “junk fees” like surcharges for big & tall sizes. We have special discounts set up for every high school in the area, so you’ll always get a discount on your rental. Fill out the form above to get a coupon!
OR – how about a free rental? All you have to do is sign up for our prom ambassador program. You’ll take a few of our coupons with you, and give them to your friends. When do I pay for my tux rental?
Most people find it’s convenient to pay in full when they reserve their items – after all, you’ll have other expenses the week of your event, right? It also makes the pick-up process just a little bit quicker.
Prefer to spread the expense out? We will need a minimum of a $50 payment towards your rental or $100 toward a purchase to reserve your order. You can pay the balance any time before you pick it up. Also, if someone else is paying for your items for you by credit card, they will need to be present to sign at the credit card terminal.
What if I’m going to more than one prom?
Busy schedule this year? You should consider booking them together. When you reserve multiple proms with Vittorio’s at the same time, you’ll save $60 off the second and subsequent rentals. Pretty nice, right?
Can’t I just measure myself?
No! Would you fill your own cavity? We’re the trained professionals. Don’t try this at home.
What if my tux or suit doesn’t fit when I come to pick it up?
First of all, don’t freak out. Keep in mind that the pickup is your first chance to try on your tuxedo or suit. This is the most important part of the process, because it allows us to identify if sleeves or pant hems need to be lengthened or shortened, or if other alterations or exchanges need to be made. It is perfectly normal that some form of alterations are necessary when you pick up. If you don’t believe us, ask your prom date – she probably had at least one set of alterations done on her dress. We can do most alterations on the spot, while you wait – and if we need a completely new item from our suppliers, it will be in by 4:00 the following day, at the very latest. This is why we schedule your pick-up and try-on for at least a day before the event – so we have plenty of time to take care of anything that pops up.
When is my rental due back?
Your prom or ball is probably either on a Friday or Saturday night. Your rental is due back the day after your event and we’re open both Saturday and Sunday for your return. We remember our prom, and understand that you might not be up at the crack of dawn the next day. You don’t have to be there right when we open, but returning it on time helps us have items ready for the next week’s events (and you’ll save on late fees). Be sure to return it all in the bag it came in, including all the accessories (like ties, pocket squares and cuff links). If you don’t want to worry about returns, consider purchasing and you’ll have something great to wear for your next event!
Can you help me match my date’s dress color? It’s a purple-ish, red… Okay, IDK what it is actually.
Ask your date. First of all, she’ll be impressed that you cared enough to ask what color dress she’s wearing. Bonus points if you can grab a swatch of material from her (if she’s having alterations done, there is usually some extra material available from the tailor or seamstress doing the work).
A grainy picture on your phone is okay but not ideal. You have a couple choices – you can either match the dress color, or you can coordinate with the dress color. Matching the dress color can be tricky, but since we offer a huge selection of tie colors, you have a pretty good chance of being able to match. However, if you’re dead set against wearing “Malibu Barbie Pink”, you’ll probably want to consider going with a coordinating color. Black, silver, platinum, charcoal, asphalt, champagne, white, and ivory are usually safe bets.
Do you have slim fit tuxes?
